Sweet onions and Yukons in Carnita flavoured lard

a few large sliced white mushrooms also in the lard...

a few chuck eye steaks that actually fell apart as i oiled and seasoned'um...

fired up the DoubleD Burgundy OTS on the deck

...and the steaks are on...

'shrooms fried...

and dinner is served.

grilled just right, these doohickies are sooooo daggum good, you gotta try'um!
