Hi guys ! I am finally heading home to my family currently I am at Sydney international airport sitting in the complimentary lounge drinking my local beer for free ! Tried to post a pic but it isn't working... Anyhow I'll be back to my WSM and I'll post my first cook up within days !!!

Thanks guys it'll probably be a fairly standard cook up at first then next weekendish Ill be having my brother at my place from interstate and I'll be doing a special cook probably ribs and brisket ? Not too sure yet ? I want to do a butt but I'm torn between all types of meat ! I want them all !!! It's been too long
