Using a 12 QT Lodge dutch oven to cook/smoke a standing rib roast.
Here we go.
Need to get it to 450* for the sear = fail.
Waiting for some heat.
The little yard filled with Weber products.
After the 450* sear on the gasser, and now on the WSM for the rest of the cook.
