Go Fish albacore style

Well I didn’t actually fish…but albacore is probably my favorite fish and my store got it in so I jumped on it!
Did a Asian marinade and some potatoes and organic cauliflower that I got in the store as well. It went great with the Pilsner! Cheers!

Everything, especially the fish, looks great, Richard! I don't think I've ever seen albacore available anywhere I shop for seafood, but I'll keep an eye out! We did some simple grilled rock cod tonight, and it rocked with some roasted broccoli.

BTW, very nice job on the taters......great color on those!
