Yes maybe tonight. I've got company coming over for Ribeye steaks so let me get it up to temperature and make sure everything's working right before my company comes over and then I most likely will!

Yah, I was thinking the other day about these grills being 30+ years old. Then someone grabs one and rehabs it up nice to good as new shape. I won't what someone will say in 30 more years when they come across a grill like this grilling and looking good.

300°F 2 min.
400°F 4 min.
450°F 6 min.
500+ °F 8 min.
Bury the needle at 550+ °F 10 min.
Yes I'm definitely cooking steaks on this grill tonight!

That's a one of a kind beauty, Josh! Those slats add some interest to the black theme while letting the red run the show, especially in the Arizona sun.
