It took all day at 75°F to dry enough to assemble carefully.Looks very promising! Might be something to add to my arsenal. Spray painting is pretty much a no go all winter, but I could see your roller method. What is the drying time working out to be?
The high heat Max I got is Satin. The regular high heat is available in gloss and I think you can get one or the other in matte/flatSo, what is the sheen on that Krylon HH Max? It looks either Satin or Semi Gloss.
I have always shied away from brush/roller application. Partly due to expecting to get a less than uniform application. Clean up and simplicity was another reason I have stuck with rattle cans. But, I know the brush on is much less expensive and the fact that you find it has good results leads me to believe that I would as well. I know your bar for acceptable is higher than mine.
Lowes and it might be exclusively sold by them. Seems like they're phasing out Rust-Oleum and Krylon is pretty big there.thanks, where did you buy it. I don't see it on Amazon and Krylon is not very plentiful around here.
How much is it to have them ship it to you?Dang, that is 85 miles for me one way. I will have to remember to stop if I road trip past one.
I can't even imagine how many I could do probably all of them for the rest of my life. I barely used any out of the pint can and I put a few coats on the cook box and lid and caps. It is a junior but still I'd say quite a few.Can you give me an estimate how many cook boxes you can do with one can?
Wow. One pint can for the cost of about two cans of Rusto Spray. I am definitely going to give it a shot. I have always thought it would be great to have a satin Rustoleum for the cook boxes. And if I like it, I may start doing my end caps with stuff as well.I can't even imagine how many I could do probably all of them for the rest of my life. Oh perfect!I am always looking for new ideas, products and methods. I am quite sure I would be happy with the Krylon. I have liked their other products that I have used. I also have a cheap HF spray gun that I have yet to use and this may be what gets me to break it out..
Thanks.
Depending how you mix it, you can accomplish that with that spray gun I recommended to you.Wow. One pint can for the cost of about two cans of Rusto Spray. I am definitely going to give it a shot.
