Friday strip steaks

As you al probably know by now Friday is steak nite at my house!! Same ole same ole really! I was tempted to do Bills whiskey peppercorn sauce with this but I decided just to drink the whiskey instead!

Here's how it went down!! Started a fire in the performer and enjoyed a cold beer or two!

After all it was 40 Friday nite so might as well enjoy the spring like weather...Gerti is finishing cleaning up the red from the prime rib cook the other nite!

Simple strips on..S&P and a bit of EVOO!

Some bread getting warmed up!

All the vittles out...nice big tater, salad, steak and bread!! Yum!
