Did this cook last Friday. Hectic weekend so just now getting it posted. Costco Rib Eyes sided with twice baked potatoes and parmesan asparagus. Here goes.

Seasoned with S&P only. Let rest at room temp for half hour.

The sides.


Mixed stuffing with sour cream, milk, Gruyere cheese and a little Dijon mustard.

Drizzled EVOO and topped with shredded parmesan, S&P.

Potatoes on for about 25 -30 minutes, asparagus about 10.

While they were finishing up, got the steaks on.

About 8 minutes total, turning once.

Sides done.
