Friday night wings and pizza rolls

Friday night is a day to relax after a hard weeks of work. Even tho I work Saturday it feels good.

We started with a nice adult beverage. This 8.3% beer is no joke. Taste great



Wings went on a marinade that I saw one of
the BBQ pit masters do. I cant recall who.





Off it went to my mistress and seasoned with jerk seasoning from caribeque



Done.



The sauce was 50/50 with a 1/2 stick of butter



Let's eat!



Pizza rolls for my kids on the pellet smoker. Very tasty with a hint of smoke.

edit:>> not a whole lot of unusual cooking going on here, but I have a pot of potato/cauliflower/broccoli/onion/SHARP cheddar on the stove...... called for 10 cups stock so I added 5 bullion cubes & a bunch of Chef Merito's chicken seasoning and water
