Evening folks...Friday nite and chicken was on the menu!! Found a Popeyes look alike recipe on the web I've been using...basically just a cup of hot sauce in the egg wash..ok so today was very un-spring like!! Last week we were fishing and doing yard work! Today we are shoveling!

Lets get some food going!! Started with some Anchorage brewing suds!

Got some chicken frying!

Little milk gravy!

Grilled zukes!

Plated with tomatoes..yum!

Great Friday fried chicken meal!!
