Found this nice rack of beef ribs at our local meat market yesterday. Little more meat than most times I see these.
With all the gloom & doom might as well drink & eat guud.

Three hours in on the Good One. BTU's Jealous Devil & mesquite wood. Seasonings was Pit Barrel Beef & Game

5 1/2 hours later bones are showing

The ribs were tear apart guud, a little salad & air fries.

Nice cook Russ, ribs look perfect. Nice sides too. Around here you would be lucky to get enough meat for one person out of a whole rack of beef ribs, way over trimmed even if you can find them.
