A rare Friday off - I had a couple of options. Get some stuff done around the house and outside, or do some slabs, watch the Masters and baseball and drink beer. I opted for the later

sprinkled them with some rub: Chili Arbol, sweet paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, pepper, salt little cumin.

Outstanding cook Peter. Those ribs are perfect and I really love those beans. Like the way you prioritize your day too! You live in some beautiful country.
