Freezing ribs


 
I've never had a problem.
My method is to warp each slab well with plastic wrap, then wrap them in white, heavy duty butcher paper, the type with a plastic coating on one side.
 
I think the meat's gone from the freezer to the fridge for every smoke I've done so far.
 
I get Three packs of BB"S and twin packs of spares from Sam's in cryo and they freeze very well.
If in normal SM shrink wrap I would follow Mr Correll's advice.
