Starts with Bacon! I really have a freezer full of this stuff but I had to show a buddy how easy it was

Is there such thing as too much bacon? Thanks Jim Lampe for the tip on freezing it for a bit before slicing! Way easier!

Someone wants bacon.

Then I found some Tri-Tip in the freezer and gave it a quick sear and melted with some Maxx 365 cheese

Add some bacon and fried onions

and more cheese

done! looks just like the last sandwich I posted but its not!

Oh! Almost forgot to show the side dish. I had it with this.

Great looking sammie! Luv the Flying Fish too... haven't tried that one though. Fun fact: Exit 16 is about 20 minutes south of me in NJ. It's where Giants Stadium (west) or the lincoln Tunnel (east) to manhattan is.
