Found another use for my ATC

Intrigued by the sous vide cooks and not wanting to spend any money, figured I'd try using my homemade ATC with the crockpot.

Ribeye vacuum packed and in the crockpot at 130-131 degrees for 2 1/2 hours, then 30 seconds each side over the Weber chimney.

Turned out great.

Removed from the crockpot and dried.

Cool idea with the homemade sous vide setup followed by the afterburner sear. Must have been a seriously juicy ribeye.
 
Weird Nate... Last night I was able to view all your pic's. Returned today to take closer look and I can only see one. Looks like others can see them though. Regardless, that is one beautiful steak.
