Football Deckgating -> Green Chile Smoked Sausage Pizza

Home alone for the Rams-Niners game.
I had a great time, even though the Rams got another beat down.
Maybe it was the bourbon.

Fired up a basket of Kingsford.

Opened my jar of Pueblo Colorado green chile.

Flatbread for the crust.

Added some local, spicy hot, smoked sausage.

then Mexican cheese mix.

Spread the coals.

Off and running!
too bad the Rams can't run.

Meltdown time. (cheese, and the Rams)

I know some of you will say, or think, why not make your own crust?
Answer, it's because I'm lazy, and I love flatbread for a crust!

My homemade cake, and a double scoop of ice cream helped sooth the pizza's heat, and the pain of another loss.

But there's still baseball to be played.
Go Cardinals!!

Bob; really fun and good cook! If you haven't tried it, you might like Trader Joe's pizza dough. It's pretty good and obviously easier than making it yourself. Anyway good cook!

The Niners played great.... but really the Rams offense was horrible. I think Brian Schottenheimer is going to make your year a very long one.
