The cheese is cheddar smoke roasted garlic.

Pup got the crust trimmings.
Costco beef tenderloin steaks for tonight's dinner.

Alright saucer boy, . Your flying saucer sandwich looks out of this world.
I loved Toas-Tite grilled cheese sammie's as a kid, yours looks to be original.
I had to look them up, and found they make a re-pop version... wonder if its any good.
