So saw some Flat Irons on sale at Wally World this morning. Brought them home, trimmed them up a little, used the meat tenderizer on them a little. In a marinade of some Cabernet, EVOO, Siracha sauce, Worcestershire, some Hoboken Eddie T Bone Tickler, white pepper.
Got some young yellow potatoes, baby bellas, small white onions and some whole garlic cloves in marinating EVOO, Provence Spices, granulated garlic, some S&P.

Potatoes on for 45 minutes, then on the shelf as the Grill Grates got up to temp, both meat and potatoes getting jiggy.
The CEO and two graduate daughters are in Cape May for three days, so my son, on the right and his best friend who is staying with us this summer and I are having some quiet time and eating and having a couple of brews, food on the table.
