One of the fine folks here posted the tater cup. Can't remember who but Thanks to them!
Meat has sure gone up around here.
Just green onion and a pad of butter with a little Tony's:
Steak dusted and ready:
HH sear for a Flat Iron:
Hit 135*F internal. Was looking for 130 but it was still OK:
Cubed cheese to finish the cups:
FI resting and sliced:
Plated:
