One of the fine folks here posted the tater cup. Can't remember who but Thanks to them!

Meat has sure gone up around here.

Chris, I over did the steak and under did the cups. The Wife wanted to microwave them to a certain point first. They were close but still a little under done. Next time, I'll take her advice.

About 1.5 hours on the grill at 350*F indirect. Could have gone another 45 mins easy.
 
Beautiful job on everything Mike!! Love those tater cups! The store I used to buy flat irons from stopped carrying them. I'm totally bummed because of it. I love flat irons!

No real recipe other than what the pic's show.

Green onion, pad of butter, Bacon wrapped using a toothpick Warn Guests about the toothpick in there. A little Tony's seasoning.

Cook till toothpick tender at the bottom of the cup. That part is solid and takes to longest.
 
Great looking meal. At first I thought that thermometer said 175
