First time Carne Asada

Finally got around to trying Tony and Maribel’s Carne Asada recipe. As matter of fact the whole meal was from their recipes with a couple of minor modifications to the rice and beans. I have to say all three are keepers. The Carne Asada was outstanding and came out great.
