Inspired by Bob Correll's thread bacon made easy. This is my first try and I have to say it was a lot of fun and it was super tasty, Bagged and in the fridge for 6 days

For how long did you smoke the bacon?
And what are the bun- looking thingies on the right side of the plate?
 
Geir, I smoked it for 5 hours at 190F (88C) and pulled it at 150F (66C) internal. The bun lookin things are my wifes home made biscuits.
 
Dave, only ONE biscuit for me....
.........butt more bacon please!!!! :D
