Hi Gang - I got my mini wrapped up last weekend, getting ready to post, and my computer crapped out. New computer and I'm good to go. Wanted to do something simple so I went with a whole chicky. I brine'd it using Michael Ruhlman's quick brine recipe

That's peach and next time I will probably put only two chunks in - it had a really strong smoke flavor.

TBS - gotta love it! It settled right in at 225* once I put the chicken on - steady Eddy the rest of the way!
