I have been a long time lurker and fan of all of you. I decided it was finally time for me to post a couple of my cooks. I am fairly new to the BBQ scene. About a year ago I was given a OTG and started cooking some things on it using the snake method (thanks for all of your posts that helped me know what to do). Early this year I found a steal of a deal on a 18.5 WSM so I snagged it up and have cooked a few things so far. I know these pictures are old but work has been extremely busy and I haven't had time to do anymore cooks.
I was in charge of some 4th of July cooks so I went ahead and cooked some ribs.
The second cook I did was a full packer brisket. I have never cooked brisket before and I was extremely nervous.
I know I could do better with these cooks and that is why I look forward to the comments all of you have. I was very pleased with these cooks and can't wait to do it again.

Looks like I need to re-size the pictures next time.
