First Overnight Pulled Pork

A few weeks back I did my first overnight cook (using my Maverick) which went fairly well. I'll let the pictures do the talking!







The following morning



I got bored and hungry so I did some Hunters Chicken on the One-Touch







The pork came out really well, after a total of 14 hours. The bone practically fell out by itself which is always a good sign. Sorry, not plated pics, the hunger took over!
