this week my mom and I finished building our bbq table just in time for my birthday yesterday and it’s first cook. Top is bamboo and a porcelain tile sealed round the edges with clear silicone

Frame is made of redwood.

the lower shelf uses some synthetic decking material we had left over

next step is some accessories and light

it’s sturdy enough I think the whole family could get on top

secondly
today I got my first ever bbq order for 3 racks to do for a friends birthday and 3 more racks sent out as a Christmas gift

I’ve never done anything like a bbq business and this was super low key but felt Like I was really doing it haha

but I really enjoyed getting to do 6 racks at once.

spare ribs 3
with a tomato based sauce
And 3 with my 5 spice and teriyaki bbq concoction

I’ve also never cooked for anyone besides family
so it was a bit nerve racking since I wanted the food to come out top notch

Used my hunsaker rib hanger

I see at least 4 webers, 5 with the chimney. So the only reason I do not have one like that is cause the weather here would destroy it. Yeah, sure that's the reason.;)
Cooking for others is a jolt and a bane. Love it but has a lot of stress.
Great job.
About the lack of snow there...we need to talk
