You knew I was going to do this.....:o

Carne Asada....

This was so beautiful that I only seasoned with fiesta brand steak seasoning

Maribel brought me beer from PA. This is good.

But before any cooking happened I smoked a cigar.

We also found this beans and the have other varieties on Mexican style beans. I must say they we're good.

Nicely done my friend....way to break in the new gasser. I used my gasser this weekend also. Your dinner looks picture perfect.

Looks great Tony!! I don't use my Genesis enough-you have inspired me to get back to it.
P.S. The good life. Good Meat, Good Beer and Good Cigar. What more can a man ask for?

Amazing (as expected) Nice BBQ, Nice Cook!

So let's see you cook Tacos al pastor like they do at Pepe's Taco in Cabo San Lucas (I love that place)

Its pronounced Cidre...Ha. looks great man! Congrats on the new grill. I have to be honest though, I figured you were a charcoal guy for life!! I bet its super convenient...soon...soon I will have one. How was the (raises nose) Cidre?

It was really good. I can see myself drinking this as an early morning drink instead if coffee .

Welcome to the Weber Genesis club, won't replace the fun of charcoal but for a quick cook they're great! Very nice looking plate as aways Tony!

Really beautiful meat. I can not figure in cigars (sorry I smoke only cigarettes) But if it's a cigar winner, I think it smokes the right man.
(I love Jennifer! And Maribel too, ;))

Carne Asada and the plate looks fabulous! Great grill and great grillin'! Jennifer looks fine!

Gas is a nice change once in awhile, but I still love using charcoal.
