I finished my 3rd course towards my certificate today and rocked it, so thought I would fire up the Kettle to celebrate Cowboy Steak, potato skins and Sicilian salad.

Thanks guys, the certificate is in teaching adults. Second career here. I'm a retired electrician out of GM and working part time at my local college.

I was more into eating and drinking a couple beers so I just bought the salad and potato skins pre made at my butchers, the steak I covered with all the spices I could get at
