Did Steaks, chops, Romaine on the grill. Steaks and Chops done indirect until around 140 IT then a minute each side. Romaine had EVOO and Red Wine Vinegar with spices. Everything tasted great! Oh and GO BLUE!!
Those steaks look great! Awesome cook! It was finally nice to get outside and fire up the grills/smokers.....your shirts on the other hand could use some improvements!
