Did Steaks, chops, Romaine on the grill. Steaks and Chops done indirect until around 140 IT then a minute each side. Romaine had EVOO and Red Wine Vinegar with spices. Everything tasted great! Oh and GO BLUE!!

See I can beat Mike in w/ this: I love grilled romaine! Not that there's anything wrong with the rest of the plate.
 
That plate looks amazing. I always thought reverse sear had to be thicker cuts of meat. Yours look perfect.

I question your judgement based on Blue. I won't harp on it though :D Thanks for sharing!
 
Those steaks look great! Awesome cook! It was finally nice to get outside and fire up the grills/smokers.....your shirts on the other hand could use some improvements! ;)
