Few cooks from this past week!!

Howdy folks...here is a few weber cooks from this past week!! Started off with a nice Tri too slow cooked with some hickory for a couple hours and then seared at the end!






All sliced up


Served with salad and pintos!!

Good stuff and I had enough left to make a killer crock pot chilli ...great smokey flavor!!


Next I was craving some RSC so I soaked some thighs for several hours and cooked them up slow..

Added some cob corn at the end!

Served up with some home fries and spicy mayo...

And then.....
 
Last nite it was burger time...here is a few 80/20 patties!!

While they were cooking I was enjoying a little Irish death!!

And a double bacon burger served up with fries!!

Ok that was it folks!! Hope you are all having a relaxing Sunday!!

Good stuff Morgan, good stuff! That tri tip chili had to be great and of course nothing better then RSC except maybe that burger. Did I mention the tri tip, no, well that looked perfect too!
 
Morgan, awesome job on the tri tip and then that chili I like that. But that burger is WOW!!!! Man you nail that one for sure.
 
Wow Morgan - you guys really know how to put on a spread. All great looking meals. That tri-tip looks perfect - great job on the Reverse Sear!
