Fajitas with jerk chicken breast.

Did some fajitas and sesoned the chicken breasts with some jerk seasoning, seemed like a reasonable thing to do on a snowy night.
Marinated the breasts in some "Margaraitaville" jerk marinade, saw it in the store and had to try it, wasnt bad.

Glad I got covers.

The usual fajita suspects.

Peppers, jalapenos first.

Breasts done, (I said breasts!)

Avacodo and salsa.

Fajitas plated.
