Grilled up some chicken using slap yo mama Cajun seasoning.

About 3/4 of the way done I decided to put in little pans with butter and foiled them.

They are done.

Chicken was shredded and placed in a roll with tomato,pepper jack,tomato,lettuce and mayo.
