Enchilada tacos

I had left over Carne Asada, little tortillas and some enchilada sauce.

Here's what we came up with......

CI with some oil



Tortillas going in for a quick dip then immediately dipped in the enchilada sauce.







Time to make them. Carne Asada first



Cabbage and queso fresco topped



Salsa and crema mexicana is next
