Easy brats tonight!

Evening folks...been craving brats for a while and it was funny cause my lovely wife came home yesterday after she found brats on sale and picked up a bunch..so dinner was set for tonight!
Started up with some apple smoke..these were Johnsonville cheddar brats!

After a bit got some red onion and peppers going!

Yum!!




Little sear at the end!

Fresh off the grill!

Plated up with some bushes grilling beans, kettle chips and home made spicy pickles!!yum!

Crap I forgot the mustard..oh well..good stuff!
