I don't recall ever cooking enhanced pork before, but this 1.8 lb. tenderloin was about 2 bucks cheaper than the non, and I always brine anyhow, so here we go.

Installed new scrubbers on my jury rigged grate cleaner.

One half with bacon, both with non-salt Mrs Dash. (was worried about the salt level)

Spotted a robin's nest in our river birch.
Soon those pollen laden male flowers will fall and be a mess, then the seeds from the female flowers will fall and be a mess.
By then the tree will be full of goldfinches gorging on the seeds.

Back at the kettle.

Candied carrots, and red-gold garlic potatoes for sides.

Jo and I thought the meat was excellent, and even needed a touch of salt.
At $2.99/lb. I plan to pick up a couple more while the sale is still on.

Happy Easter everyone!!

Bob,

Great looking meal! The one sure way to make something better is to wrap it in bacon...

Regards,
