Easter Dinner

I haven't gone all out making a dinner for a long time. Smoked prime rib, baked potato, roasted asparagus, roasted bacon maple carrots and garlic bread.

NAILED it! The rib roast looks perfect, and the sides are on point (sorry, Guy Fieri moment there.) That's a great Easter plate!
