Easter dinner BB's on the RK

With 14 people to feed I decided to use my Ranch Kettle for the first time.
6 slabs of Costco baby/loin back ribs went on about 1:00 pm, came off about 4:45 pm.
One chimney of K-Comp on each side proved to be a bit too hot at the start, so I piled them in the center until things settled down, and only had to add a handful of coals to finish, Man that thing holds the fire well!

Grilled marinated chicken breast, and thighs on the Performer. Not many pics taken, too busy.
At the end of dinner, my daughter said:
"Dad, you forgot to get a shot of your plated food!"

Blake & I received raves on everything,
Thank you TVWB!!

I stand behind my BBQ (Grandson Blake stands in front of it (wearing his favorite shirt):
