Wanted tasty healthy tonight, got it
A few nice fresh Dover Sole Fillets and some nice Gulf Shrimp, did two of the fillets in Mrs. Dash Lemon Pepper and one in Chef Merito Pescado.
Shrimp with Old Bay only, all dressed with EVOO before the cook
Tonights brew, very nice
Sole on and about done
Some Dominica Eggplant on with S&P and EVOO and Naan Bread being toasted, forgot to take a shot of the Shrimp but it is done and in already
On the table with some superb Riesling, if you like Riesling this is one to try, got to eat outside for the first time in a long long time tonight. Oh and some Rice and Pigeon Peas too
