Marinated a bird in some sort of GOYA marinade overnight and rubbed her down with a combo of McCormicks salt free gRlic and herb/weber kick n cx
Rotisserie for about 100 minutes at about 375 with a tray of drip pan potatoes under neath with a lil Weber Cajun seasoning
Also had some Gus with a Grilled lemon vinaigrette (really good stuff) but forgot a pic of the Gus

About 20 minutes in...

Around 1 hr mark

Final crisp on potatoes
