Disco JO's Samsh burgers and leftover lingcod

Took the Sous chef fishing last weekend and caught a mess of sea bass and lingcod. We had some lingcod the other day which I and the wife had for leftovers. I wanted JoJo's and the boys wanted burgers. Fired up some peanut oil in the Disc to 375°. JoJo's are simple to make. Cut up taters however you want. dip in egg, dredge in seasoned flour. I dusted the taters with old bay first then into the egg and dredge. You can use whatever seasoning you want. I used black pepper, salt, garlic, onion, paprika and celery seed.

This is my uncles 50' Charter boat in Depoe Bay, Or.

Nothing better than fresh caught fish, especially if you caught them. Like the taters and that plated pic looks awesome.

That's a great plated pic and your idea on the taters yummy. Very nice looking boat and a awesome looking Sous chef with his catch.
