A hodge podge tonight. Tenderloin tips rubbed with garlic infused EVOO (and a few of the roasted garlic cloves that infused that EVOO), thyme, kosher salt and freshly ground pepper (Italy).

Here they are on the Q200 after the flip:

Sauteed Bok Choi with ginger, garlic and just a touch of soy sauce (Asia):

Steaks resting while everything finished up:

Plated up with some regular old fries (America):

Tomorrow is Friday - get ready for the weekend!

Man that looks sooo good! I love tenderloin. They are so expensive down here though and I have two kids in college - $200 a week just for incidentals!! I'm going to try Costco soon.

Your dinner looks absolutely Incredible & I'll bet, tasted flippin' FANTASTIC!
I LOVE IT!!

Thanks for all the nice comments all!

Jose: I hear you. Whole tenderloins were on sale a while back and that made it cheaper than a lot of other beef. It was only $1 more/lb than flank steak. So I bought one and got 9 really nice steaks and those two tips out of it. It was worth it. I just vacuum sealed it all into single meal portions and threw it into the freezer.

Awesome cook and pics, Jim! I would travel around the world, sort of, or... to Virginia, for a plate of this goodness!!
