Debbie's Dinner

[Bill - Bigbill]

Like I said, "MOMMA DON'T LIKE NO FISH",
so it's PIZZA-PIZZA Time! She constructs, and I grill!

Whole Wheat Crust formed up in pan by Debbie,
Bill takes pan to grill and SLAPS that BAD BOY DOWN directly onto grates

Crisp it up some:
Oops, good thing she likes it a little burnt

Back into kitchen for Debbie to top:
Tomato sauce, Fresh Mozz, Ricotta, Fresh Basil

Back Onto Grill (Shut down 2 right hand burners, rest including sear on hi)
And let Cheese melt.

All done and ready to eat!!!!!

So, there you have it,
Saturday Night in Big Billville!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Yes Matt, I can get the crust nice and CRISPY on screaming hot direct heat,
the after topping are put on I do indirect as hot as I can get grill.
Has worked out great the few times I've done it so far.
