Daytona 500

Around here, the Daytona 500 is about as popular as the Superbowl so we do a big pot luck where friends and family get together to watch. I did some meatballs with a smokey tomato sauce and wings with various BBQ and Buffalo sauces. Here's my cook:

I ground my own pork, mixed it with ground chuck, added some bread crumbs, egg, onions, and made meatballs:

Grilled some tomatoes and onions for the sauce:

Grilled the meatballs:

...and some wings:

My plate was well populated:

My grand-daughter loved the wings LOL:

There were 5 meat balls left so we made a pot of spaghettigati noodles, whipped up an amatriciana sauce, and dinner was served -- Smokey all'amatriciana -- yummo!
