Day after smoke day....

Sunday woke up early and had breakfast. Of course it needs to be done on the weber grill.

We went to the pool for a few hours. Got home and decided I wanted to cook with wood.

This was for hotdogs.....

Plated and ready to eat.
Hot dogs were topped with the beans.

That is a nice looking plate! How long did it take for the wood to burn down to coals in the chimney starter?

I didn't wait until it completely burned down. Needed a flame to cook my beans and onions.
