Anyone else ever use Daddy Hinkle’s? It used to come in pouches which were great for camping and tailgating but this year it came in a bottle and shaker. Cheers!

Beautiful shots. Never heard of the Hinkles, but it sure looks good on your chicken. Love the old timey Coors bottle too.

That is one awesome location to be grilling on your Weber, Richard!!! The grub all looks great, really love the looks of those julienned veggies!

wow, really nice scenery.

Yes, Daddy Hinkle's was my go-to brisket seasoning about 15 years ago. Its an Oklahoma company. Its sold here with a bottle of marinade, which is very close to worcestershire. Instead of injecting brisket, we would use an ice pick to poke holes in the fat cap and meat side, and then pour the marinade over the brisket.

Its still sold here in groceries, I've been intending to pick up a bottle and go " old school " .

And at one time, we had a steakhouse downtown, called Daddy Hinkles . It lasted 2 or 3 years.

Yes we have used Daddy Hinkles seasoning over the years. We really like it. Great pictures and scenery!
