I haven't been working on my own personal grills. Because of flips. It's fun to see how cheep you can pick them up and how high you can sell them for. All the money from the flips is for keepers plus it bought me 2 rolling tool boxes, vises, bench grinder and general tools. Its nice to use money made in my spare time to put back into this hobby so that it pays for itself and then some.
