Crashed Tater with Tri Tip Egg McRich

When Barb made our Tri Tip dinner we had some leftover crashed taters and some leftover Tri Tip slices.
What could be better for my contribution than a crashed tater tri tip egg Mc Rich for breakfast? Well after eating it nothing could be better IMHO.

Heated the crashed taters in the micro and the tri tip in some au jus, fried up an egg and topped with some blended Mexican cheese.
We love TT and now I have another excuse to buy more.
