Yep, I think these pellet cookers are very under rated by some. Have to admit to being very skeptical until late last summer when I acquired my first one. Good stuff there. Even a burger is elevated.
 
Nice cook; and A $1,000 plus machine should make a Great burger.
Not necessarily. I have found that it's as easy to stuff up a burger just as easy as stuffing up a steak, no matter what unit you're using to cook it on. I've cooked grate burgers on a cheapo grill at the park, and then cooked hockey pucks on my kettle at home. 🤷‍♂️
For some reason I still find steaks & burgers two of the most challenging things to grill.

Edit: Burgers and steaks have been grilled in our back-gardens for over 70 years. You'd think we'd all have mastered them by now & could cook them in our sleep.
