Costco Prime Beef Score

It pays to be alert when shopping at Costco.
Prime grade whole brisket for $2.69/lb, and a whole Prime top sirloin for $3.69/lb.
This was at one of their regular warehouse stores.

I don't cook them often, and I normally make two cooks with one packer.
One with the fat/point end, and another with just part of the flat.
