Marinated a 7 lb non enhanced yard bird in some Stubbs Cx for a few hours
And slid it onto the rotisserie... Temps a lil high so skin got pretty dark
The backbone was snapped in half so I added some extra support N'at

Cooler Corn.... Been reading about it, decided to try it
Scrubbed out a cooler, shuck the corn and add enough boiling water to cover corn for 30 minutes or so... Empty water , return corn to cooler... Stayed warm for about 2 hours.... I will definitely use this technique next time I need to make more than a DOZ... Pretty much tasted and same texture as boiled on stovetop

Made this table out of 2 old landscape timbers I have laying around while the bird was spinning

Plated up with some noodles and cx gravy

Boxed yellow cake with Choco frosting for dessert

Time for da Buccos on da deck and a few cold ones out of my all time favorite drinking glass
A 30 oz mason jar with a handle, fresh out of the freezer!

Thanks for lookin N'at!
Lets Go Bucs!
Going to the Buccos vs Dodgers game on Monday!
