Temperatures in the low 20's with the ever present wind. Wanted to make something warm and good. Stew sounded perfect so here are the ingredients.

Cut up the roast and dusted in flour, johnnies seasoned salt, garlic powder, onion powder.

Fried in vegetable oil in batches.

Put in a CI pot with all the good stew stuff.

Bringing to a boil

Cooked at 350-375 for three and a half hours.

So come on in out of the cold and grab yourself a bowl of stew and a pint to warm your soul.
